"Nice icons, but the pricing could be fairer"
I’ve found the icons really useful and the quality is definitely good. That said, the subscription feels a bit expensive for what I personally need. I don’t mind paying for good work, and creators should be compensated fairly, but I’d appreciate a more balanced plan or a lower-cost option for lighter users.

"Honestly, I’m waiting on an apology for not finding this sooner"
I’ve been using the Figma plugin with my design tools, and it’s been really easy to get the hang of. It saves me a solid amount of time and runs smoothly overall. i feel like someone owes me an apology for all the time I wasted doing this stuff manually before.

I downloaded the icons really fast, which was a relief because usually I end up wasting time fighting with tools like this. The export options actually worked well too and saved me some time, which felt like a small win for once

"Shockingly, it just works"
I’ve been using it for my design work, and the icons load fast, downloads don’t randomly fail, and the site stays smooth even when I’m grabbing a bunch of files at once. Wild concept, I know. There’s nothing super dramatic to report, which is kind of the point—it does what I need and doesn’t get in my way

"Support was helpful, but, a little slow"
I did get the help I needed, so that was good, but the replies took a bit longer than I expected. Not a terrible experience, just, kind of slow.

"Licensing info felt a little confusing"
The icons are nice and the site itself works fine, but I had a frustrating time figuring out the licensing. I was trying to understand what’s okay for client work or commercial use, and the explanations just weren’t as clear as I expected. Some parts also had this tone that made me feel a bit talked down to, like I should already know what they meant. I ended up clicking around different pages just to feel confident I wasn’t missing something. It’s not a bad service at all, I just wish the licensing was explained in a simpler, more straightforward way.

"Really easy to find what I need"
Iconscout has been really easy for me to use. I can search for an icon, preview it, and download it without clicking through a bunch of confusing menus. The filters are actually helpful too, especially when I’m trying to narrow things down fast. It’s just a "simple" site that saves me time when I’m working on smaller design projects

"Decent icons, but not enough variety"
The icons are fine overall, but I was hoping for a lot more variety. After a while, you start noticing the same kinds of styles popping up, and there isn’t much when you need something more specific or niche. For the price, I just expected a bigger range of options...

I signed up for IconScout and, to be fair, the billing side was straightforward. I always get a little nervous with subscriptions because some sites make the pricing feel sneaky, but I didn’t run into any weird hidden charges or confusing surprises here.
I did end up canceling later since I wasn’t using it enough to justify keeping it, so I had mixed feelings overall. That said, canceling was actually painless and only took a couple minutes. I didn’t have to contact support or sit around waiting, which I really appreciated.

"The search works really well — I can..."
The search works really well, I can usually find the exact icon I’m looking for quickly, which is a relief. The filters are simple to use too, so I’m not stuck clicking around forever trying to narrow things down. Little thing, maybe, but it saves me a lot of time.

"Really clean icons and graphics"
I’ve been really happy with these icons and graphics so far. They just look clean, which is what I’m usually hoping for, and the downloads have worked every single time without any weird issues or extra hassle. Straightforward, but in a good way.
